BPE act for Axonex Ltd on sale of business

The corporate team from Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors have acted for Axonex Ltd, a Cisco Gold Partner, on the sale of their business to Vodat Communications Group (Vodat).

The Cheltenham-based company, Axonex Ltd are IT solution, support and service providers; specialising in communications, data, security and network infrastructure. The company boasts well-known partners such as Cisco, Microsoft and vmware.

Led by BPE Partner, Tim Ward, the sale and deal with Vodat included the three current Directors of Axonex Ltd remaining as prominent members of the business and shareholders of the expanded group.
