BPE advises on development of Cleevelands Medical Centre
Cheltenham based, Top 200 law firm BPE Solicitors has advised Bishops Cleeve Medical Centre Limited on the development of the recently opened Cleevelands Medical Centre in Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham.
The new medical practice built in the heart of Bishops Cleeve has seen the merger of Seven Posts Surgery in Prestbury and Greyholme Surgery in Cleeve to create a new site capable of providing a wide range of services including state of the art consultation and treatment rooms as well as a suite for minor operations and an onsite pharmacy. The combined medical centre will initially provide healthcare services to more than 10,300 patients, however this is due to increase as a result of further housing planned for the area. The new facility also has counselling and consulting rooms along with a 100m² unit available for hire to health providers.
BPE’s Commercial Property team, led by Partner Jo Bewley, advised Bishops Cleeve Medical Limited throughout the development of the site including specific matters relating to leases, finance agreements and construction matters.
