BPE Solicitors’ Corporate and Property teams advise Boultbee Brooks (St James Court) LLP on development facility for St James Court, Manchester

BPE Solicitors recently advised Boultbee Brooks (St James Court) LLP on a £9.5m development facility backed by EU funding to redevelop the commercial office space at St James Court, Manchester with an anticipated end development floor space of 50,000 square feet.

BPE offered their expertise on the banking, property and construction phases of the transaction, including the initial purchase of the property.  The facility was negotiated by Corporate Associate Adam Kean and Commercial Property Partner Tim WilliamsDouglas Armstrong (Senior Associate) led the property aspect whilst Ian Griffiths (Partner) and Emilie Sclater (Associate) negotiated the construction documents.

The development is anticipated to be completed by July 2018.
