BPE Solicitors advises property group on major UK development scheme

The commercial property team at Gloucestershire based law firm, BPE Solicitors, has recently advised the Capital Land Property Group Ltd on securing land at the New Eastern Villages development scheme in Swindon. 

The Capital Land Property Group, with offices in Swindon and London, specialises in strategic land development across the country. Managing projects from the very early stages through to completion, the group represents established landowners and organisations around the UK.

BPE Partner Tim Williams led the deal, which saw the group acquire a further 84-acres of key development land which is included within the Swindon Local Plan to provide additional housing, a retail park and a business centre.

We’re pleased with the successful outcome of this deal and will continue to offer our support as the development progresses.” 

The Capital Land Property Group has already secured 200-acres of land which is currently being progressed through the planning system for a mixed residential scheme. The additional land holding increases the company’s overall controlling interests in the total development to approximately one third.
